From May 22 to 26, 2025, the 21st China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair (hereinafter referred to as the “Fair”) was held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. The Guangdong delegation, under the theme “Striving for Innovation and Leading High-Quality Development of the Cultural Industry”, organized participation from 21 prefecture-level cities across the province, coordinating Hong Kong, Macao, and central cultural enterprises to showcase their innovations in the “Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Cultural Industry Innovation Exhibition.” As one of the representatives of the Guangdong delegation, ZX Inc. (Tanwan Game) made a notable appearance at the Fair, conducting in-depth research and exchanges.

As a national-level, international, and comprehensive cultural industry event, this edition of the Fair focused on exploring effective mechanisms for the integration of culture and technology. With the theme “Leading Trends by Innovation and Illuminating Life by Creativity,” the Fair showcased the latest achievements across digital culture, online gaming, cultural-tourism integration, creative design, and other fields.
On the afternoon of May 22, the Guangdong Province held a press conference at the Fair to release a “Policy Package for Promoting High-Quality Development of the Cultural Industry in Guangdong.” The package comprises six documents containing 87 policy initiatives. Among them, the Several Policy Measures for the High-Quality Development of Guangdong’s Online Game Industry proposes 13 specific measures focused on supporting original high-quality content and technological innovation, optimizing the business environment, building industrial clusters, improving support systems, and strengthening service and guarantee mechanisms.
As an innovative enterprise rooted in Guangdong and deeply engaged in the gaming industry, ZX Inc. (Tanwan Game) is greatly encouraged and inspired by the Publicity Department of Guangdong CPC Provincial Committee’s release of the Several Policy Measures for the High-Quality Development of Guangdong’s Online Game Industry. These policies accurately capture industry development trends, providing a comprehensive blueprint for the high-quality growth of Guangdong’s gaming sector—from nurturing original high-quality games and empowering technological innovation to building industrial clusters.
Looking ahead, ZX Inc. (Tanwan Game) will actively respond to the policy directives, fully leverage its expertise in premium game publishing and operations, uphold the “Spirit of Keyun Road”, and deeply integrate into Guangdong’s dual-core drive and gaming industry cluster construction. The company aims to contribute to Guangdong’s ambition of creating an internationally competitive highland for the gaming industry.
On May 23, during the core agenda of the Fair, the “Cultural Export Growth Strategy Forum”, ZX Inc. (Tanwan Game), together with the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Cultural Creative Industry Promotion Association, the Guangdong South Cultural Equity Exchange, and the GEGIA, jointly launched the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Cultural Export Alliance, taking concrete action to respond to the implementation of the Several Policy Measures for the High-Quality Development of Guangdong’s Online Game Industry.
The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Cultural Export Alliance aims to integrate cultural industry resources within the Greater Bay Area, explore internationalization pathways for digital cultural products, and represents a significant step for enterprises in advancing the cultural export strategy.
Over the years, ZX Inc. (Tanwan Game) has continuously deepened its dual-engine strategy of “global publishing + local cultural adaptation,” achieving remarkable results in overseas markets. The company has currently published and operated more than 30 games across markets including Chinese Hong Kong-Macau-Taiwan, Europe, America, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia, with an additional 17 games in reserve. In November 2024, ZX Inc. released “Yulgang: Return” in Thailand, which quickly reached #1 on both the App Store free & top-grossing charts and #1 on both Google Play free & top-grossing charts.
This participation in the Fair serves not only as a practical test of the company’s development path of “empowering cultural heritage through technology,” but also as an important step in deeply integrating into the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Looking ahead, ZX Inc. (Tanwan Game) will seize policy opportunities, increase investment in areas such as AI large-model applications and cultural IP integration, and continue to launch high-quality works that combine both social and market value. Meanwhile, the company will explore new models of digital cultural export with Greater Bay Area characteristics, contributing corporate strength to the high-quality development of the cultural industry.
