We operate our online game publishing business under the “Tanwan Game” brand and are committed to publishing and operating online game products for game developers. Our “Tanwan Game” brand is well-known for maximizing the value of game products through precise marketing and in-depth operations, thereby realizing their long-term value. To date, Tanwan has marketed and operated over 400 game products (including 11 titles for more than five years and 28 titles for more than three years), with cumulative registered users exceeding 600 million and an average monthly active user (MAU) base exceeding 10 million, successfully creating multiple hit and premium games.

“Legend” is one of the most influential super IPs in the history of Chinese online gaming. As a leading publisher of “Legend” IP games, Tanwan Inc. (09890.HK) maintains a close cooperative investment relationship with Century Huatong (SZ:002602), the authorized IP holder in China, and partners with Kingnet (SZ:002517) and others, forming a full-industry chain covering R&D, publishing, and operations. Through technological innovation, Tanwan has successfully transitioned “Legend” IP games from PC to mobile Internet platforms, with game products spanning mini-programs, mobile game APPs, and web games, distributed globally.

MU Series

“MU” is an MMORPG developed by South Korea’s WEBZEN Inc., with over twenty years of iteration and operation. Its enduring popularity demonstrates the immense commercial value of the “MU” IP. Tanwan has deeply cultivated this classic IP, collaborating closely with development partner Shenghe Games to launch titles such as “MU: Dragon Harvoc” and “MU: Battle of Angels”, with global distribution. These efforts continue to enhance the value of the “MU” IP. Upcoming titles include “Frozen Continent”, “New Moon Continent”, and “Codename: HD”.

Yulgang Series

“Yulgang Online” was launched by Mgame in South Korea in 2005 and is a phenomenon-level martial arts IP from the golden era of Chinese online gaming. In August 2023, Tanwan, in partnership with Kingnet, launched the “Yulgang” IP product “All People’s Jianghu”, reconstructing and restoring the grandeur of Jianghu with cutting-edge technology. “All People’s Jianghu” received official authorization from Geuk-jin Jeon and Jae-hyun Yang, authors of the Yulgang comics, as well as Mgame, the IP holder of Yulgang Online, allowing the spirit of the knights to continue thriving in the mobile era. Tanwan has already released multiple mobile titles under the “Yulgang” IP, with new products such as “Yulgang: Awakening” planned for upcoming release.

Diversified Innovation Series

Tanwan actively develops a diversified portfolio covering genres such as open-world, Chinese martial arts, simulation, and casual competitive games, with dozens of products in development. The company has established deep collaborations with renowned IP holders including Yuewen Group, Tencent Video, Minghe Society, and Seventh Impression, exploring the value of game IP. Since 2023, the Group has successfully launched titles such as “Tiny Troopers”, “Beast Lord: The New Land”, forming a sustainable and diversified gaming ecosystem.
